IQQM doesn't seem to like spaces in the path when reading and writing files.

Alice just discovered that some parts of IQQM don't like paths with spaces in them. For example creating a DA file doesn't work if the output directory has a space in it. You can't plot the results of a quantity file from a directory path with a space in it.
