      Description

      Insert type 2.x node and name. Save. Close. Will not reopen, exits dishonorably. Checked system file in editor and only general data written, no storage/valve/spillway defaults.
      Attempted again . Inserted type 2.x node. Selected Specific data button. clicked OK without entering data. Saved. Closed. Reopened successfully.
