Description
Test model: BD010.sqq
Location I:\IQQM\DARL\QUANQUAL\CALIB\EXTRACT\2010 Recalib\Valley Models\Bourke_Wilcannia
8.3 Node tested: 0008 COWARD-Comilaroy
Time Series File (TSF) (aka Recorded Development *.RCD in BD modeling): cow_t.rcd
Location I:\IQQM\DARL\QUANQUAL\MODRUNS\GUI2010\Inputdata
Issue: Barwon Darling CAP was previously model using a DOS version of IQQM. The 2010 recalibration of the BD CAP model involves the use of the IQQM GUI. Althought, the TSF is known to work in 8.0 in GUI, it has never been tested for the 8.3 node. The code for the pump IDT's in cow_t.rcd is a directly cut from BD010.sqq, which runs fine.
Example: Node 0008 has 3 pumps and uses IDT for 2 (B+C) of the pumps.
After initial test of the use of TSF in an 8.3 node, it was noted that the pump IDT component of the TSF did not work (i.e. the model fell over at the third line 110 1 -4)
To confirm this theory, the B class pumping threshold IDT (i.e. -4) in the TSF was replaced with a random positive number (e.g. 100) which signifys that there were no IDT used, and the 4 levels of IDT were removed. In this instance the model ran pass the B class pump; however, fell over at the next C class pump which has 7 levels in its IDT (i.e 111 1 -7).
