      Description

      see IQ_CM70.sqq/xls in I:\SOFTWARE\NOTIQQM\SOURCE_Rivers\iqqmtest simulation from 01/07/1969.
      actual OFH value on 02/09/1969 is -0.5451 ML. On farm harvesting inflow to storage is not reduced by reduced on farm return factor. This was run in IQQM version 7.68.4
