      Description

      See IQ_CM84.sqq in I:\SOFTWARE\IQQM\DEVLMENT\ISSUES. Simulation from July 2003. First crop decision date on September 1.

      OFS volume was zero on August 24, 2003 and irrigated area is zero. OFS area is 100 hectares. Increase in OFS volume due to rainfall greater than evaporation was visible when OFS volume is greater than zero. On August 25, rainfall was 53.5 mm and evaporation was 2.4 mm. There is no increase in OFS volume resulting to less water available at Sept 1 decision.
